Key Features:

Synchronous Learning: Participants attend live webinars facilitated by experienced instructors, allowing for real-time interaction, engagement, and the opportunity to ask questions.

Theory and Practice: The course seamlessly blends theoretical knowledge with practical application. Participants not only learn essential concepts and principles but also engage in exercises, activities, and case studies to apply their learning in practical contexts.

Immersive Learning: The program fosters an immersive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement. Participants are involved in discussions, group exercises, and simulations to deepen their understanding and skills.

Using a carefully designed business simulation, participants experience and practice coaching skills and techniques firsthand, providing and receiving feedback with fellow participants to reinforce learning.

Participant Attendance: To qualify for a certification of completion, participants are encouraged to actively participate and maintain a minimum attendance of 80% throughout the course duration.

Fulfill Homework and Assignments: Participants are expected to diligently complete assigned homework and assignments as integral parts of the learning process. These tasks offer opportunities for practical application and reinforcement of course concepts.

Written Exam: Participants must complete a written exam assessing their understanding of course content and their ability to apply learned concepts.

She is a behavioral consultant and development coach. With two decades of experience leading executive development programs for top and middle management in major global organizations, she has established herself as a behavioral consultant and development coach. She is renowned for creating self-knowledge and skills development systems. Currently, she holds the position of Community of Practices Lead at Nova Innovation & Analytics Lab, a prestigious team within Nova IMS, one of the world’s top universities. She also serves as an invited Professor at NOVA Information Management School, where she imparts her expertise in Change Management. Her educational background includes a degree in Business Communication and an MBA in Management from European University. She holds certifications in coaching from the Escola Europeia de Coaching and in Organizational Systemic from the Bert Hellinger Institute. Driven by a deep passion for personal and professional growth, she is the Founder of “Power of You,” a platform dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential.

Cristina Ferreira Da Costa is a leadership developer, an executive and team coach certified by ICF – International Coach Federation, and a consultant for workplace culture.

She is based in Atlanta and has 20+ years of experience in the corporate world in Europe. Cristina’s background includes driving successful strategic projects for business performance, both through risk management and business development, while creating strong and reliable relations with senior internal and external stakeholders. She works with leaders and managers building their confidence and their leadership presence to empower their teams across the globe.. In addition to co-leading an MBA International Business Practicum course at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business in Atlanta, she is the author of several workshops on personal development in the workplace for purposeful individual and teamwork. João Sevilhano graduated in Applied Psychology and, since then, develops his private practice as a licensed psychologist.

He always kept close to psychoanalysis, having been a candidate of the Portuguese Psychoanalytical Society. He lived and learned in the people department at SONAE for a year and a half. Afterward, he moved to focus on creating learning experiences at Escola Europeia de Coaching as Pedagogical Director and, later, Managing Partner. He’s an experienced facilitator and coach, leading him to work deep in the corporate world but also in the academic sector, having been invited to participate both in national and international projects with Ph.D. candidates and supervisors, and university teachers. Nowadays he’s a partner and the Co-CEO of Way Beyond, a learning experience design studio, with strategy and innovation as his areas of responsibility. An avid reader and amateur essay and chronicle writer, he sees conversation as the basis and the result of all our work as human beings. He holds a specialist degree in Work, Social, and Organizational Psychology, with advanced specialization in Psychological Coaching, and is a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation.

Guilherme Victorino, is the head of the Nova Innovation & Analytics Lab and vice-dean of Nova IMS for value creation, plays a key role in driving innovation and analytical initiatives. 

Additionally, he serves as an invited assistant professor at Nova IMS, specializing in Innovation, Change Management, and Knowledge. He is responsible for overseeing the Postgraduate Program in Information Management, as well as teaching the Design Thinking course at the Doctoral School of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In this capacity, he guides doctoral students in navigating the realm of disruptive innovation. With his certifications as a Design Thinking and Change Management consultant and trainer, Guilherme has had the privilege of collaborating with global companies across Portugal, Brazil, USA, and Australia.

Nuno Pimentel is an oncologist.

Nuno Pimentel is a medical professional, researcher, and clinician at the Champalimaud Foundation, focusing on the prevention and promotion of psychological well-being, stress management, and inner balance. These aspects are essential in optimizing individual and team performance. One of Nuno Pimentel’s notable contributions is his engaging and insightful lectures on the three brains and their impact on human connection. By sharing his knowledge and expertise, he aims to deepen the understanding of how the brain influences interpersonal relationships. In addition to his role as an oncologist in the Radiation Oncology department, Nuno Pimentel holds the positions of Executive Director and Clinical School Director at the Champalimaud Foundation.
